About FAST
Representation,
done properly.
FAST exists to make representation more professional, more transparent and more efficient — for the artists we represent and the people who engage them.

14 Savile Row, London
Why we exist
An agency built as a career partner — not a booking desk.
Too much of this industry is transactional. Enquiries go unanswered. Terms are opaque. Careers are shaped by whoever calls loudest, and artists are asked to be grateful for the work that lands.
We started FAST to represent talent the way talent deserves to be represented — with clarity on both sides of the table. Every enquiry answered by a named agent. Every contract explained. Every decision weighed against a longer arc than the next quarter.
What we sell is not access. It is judgement, continuity and care.
Our practice
Four principles
we hold to.
01
Career development, not booking chase
We plan artists' careers in years, not weeks. Every role, campaign and cover is weighed for what it builds toward — the body of work, not the next invoice.
02
Trusted relationships, on both sides
Producers, casting directors, editors and clients return to FAST because we tell them the truth. Artists stay with FAST because we do the same for them.
03
Transparent terms
Fees, usage, commissions and timelines are written down and explained. No hidden charges. No surprises at signature. No games.
04
Exceptional service, uniformly
Every enquiry is answered by a named agent, in hours not days. The artist you meet is the artist who arrives on set. The person you brief is the person who negotiates.
The standard
A booking is the beginning of a relationship — never the point of it.
The agencies we admire are not measured by the deals they close in a given month. They are measured by the careers they build across decades — and by the clients who keep coming back because the standard never moves. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
